PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an over-discharge/-charge display which indicates that a secondary battery is in course of charge, including its complementary charge, and indicates the fault and full charge of the secondary battery, in electronic equipment with a built-in charger. SOLUTION: This over-discharge/-charge display can let the user confirm that it is charged, through indicators while performing complementary charge to the secondary battery 1 in overdischarge state, by having a complementary charge means which supplies the secondary battery 1 in overdischarge state with external power 16, being mounted on the charger built in the electronic equipment, and a voltage state indication means which is equipped with a voltage detector 2 for detecting the voltage state of the secondary battery 1 and controlling the indication of the voltage state of the secondary battery 1 and indicators 3, 4, 7, and 14 for indicating the voltage state of the secondary battery 1 mounted on the charger, being connected to the external power source 16.
