PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice processing apparatus capable of recognizing voice under a noisy environment. SOLUTION: The voice processing apparatus transduces air vibration excited by the utterance of a talker by using an air conduction sound microphone 1 into a voice signal and outputs it, a bone conduction sound microphone 2 transduces body vibration caused by the utterance into a voice signal and outputs it, a noise level discrimination circuit 4 detects a noise level in the output from the air conduction sound microphone 1, gain adjustment circuits 3a, 3b respectively change the sound pressure of the output of the air conduction sound microphone 1 and the sound pressure of the output of the bone conduction sound microphone 2 to adjust and output a sound pressure rate of the two voice signals, a voice adder circuit 5 sums the two outputted voice signals and outputs the sum to a voice recognition device 30.
