PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to use a thin and flat display device in any installation form of a standing form, a hanging form or a suspended form, to reduce the number of exclusive supporting structure components special for each installation form, to make it possible to adjust an angle in the vertical direction of a screen in any installation form, and to make it possible to control the height of the screen. SOLUTION: The display device includes a flat display panel 1, a baseplate 2 acting as a base board and supports 3 for erecting the panel 1 and the supports 3 and the panel 1 are coupled by screws 4 so that the panel 1 can be rotated around the combined parts with the supports 3 in a vertical surface and fixed at a required rotated angle. The supports 3 and the baseplate 2 are coupled by screws 6 so that the supports 3 can be rotated around the combined parts with the baseplate 2 in the vertical surface and fixed at a required rotated angle.
