PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a human monoclonal antibody with respect to an AILIM, which suppresses or prevents the crisis and/or the progress of various diseases participated by the transmission of a costimulatory signal via the AILIM and which is useful as a drug, and to provide an iatric composition for the human monoclonal antibody. SOLUTION: A human-antibody producing transgenic mouse, prepared by using a genetic engineering technique, is immunized by AILIM molecules, and various human monoclonal antibodies used to control various living-body reactions which are bonded to the AILIM and which are participated by the transmission of the costimulatory signal via the AILIM (e.g., cell proliferation, production of cytokine, immune cell decomposition, cell death, induction of ADCC or the like) are obtained. It is found that the human monoclonal antibodies suppress crisis and/or the progress of the various diseases involved by the transmission of the costimulatory signal via the AILIM, and that they are effective in treating or preventing the diseases.
