PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a simple and low-cost variable resistance sensor system and to manufacture a circuit to be operated at a low power consumption. SOLUTION: When a resistance value detected by a sensor is used as a resister of an oscillation circuit by a CMOS, the resistance value has an infinite or large value when the sensor does not perform a detecting operation, the oscillation circuit is not operated or it is oscillated at a low frequency, and its power consumption is zero or in a very small amount.
