PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To elongate the service life of a heat transmission pipe by facilitating the removal of adhesion ash piled on the heat transmission pipe. SOLUTION: This heat transmission pipe is formed by facilitating the removal of adhesion ash by treating its surface beforehand. Heat resistant metal powder containing coating (for example, silicon resin based aluminium containing coating) is coated on the surface, so that, in stopping the operation of a plant, crack is formed between an oxidized film produced in operating and the adhesion ash by difference in thermal expansion coefficients between the oxidized film and the heat transmission pipe base metal so as to easily exfoliate the adhesion ash.
