PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment structure of a hollow member capable of attaching the hollow member to an attachment object from an outside thereof without damaging the appearance quality of the hollow member. SOLUTION: A supporting bolt 30 is erected inside a groove of a roof panel 10 that is an attachment object and a stopping plate 50 is mounted in the vicinity of an upper portion of the supporting bolt. A roof rail 20 is arranged so that the supporting bolt 30 enters the roof rail (the hollow member) 20 via a through hole 25 of a roof rail bottom wall portion 23. A hammer-driven plate 60 is made to enter an inside of the roof fail 20 via a traverse hole 26 of the roof rail side wall portion 24, being forcibly inserted into a portion between the roof rail bottom wall portion 23 and the stopping plate 50 from a traverse direction. Thereby, the bottom wall portion 23 and an underlay 70 are sandwiched between the hammer-driven plate 60 and the roof panel 10 to thereby fix the roof rail 20 to the roof panel 10.
