PURPOSE: An anti-slip structure of a shoe is provided to prevent slippage by making a plurality of pin point bars projecting from a shoe sole by a simple operation. CONSTITUTION: One or more mounting grooves(3) are formed transversely on a shoe sole(100), each of the mounting groove communicating with the lower surface of the shoe sole(100) and having a cover(2) on the upper part. A pin point plate(5) with a plurality of pin point bars(4) welded thereto is inserted into the mounting groove(3) so that it is elastically supported upward by an elastic body(6). A guide pin(7) is projectingly disposed at one end between the upper part of the pin point plate(5) and the cover(2), and an engaging groove(8) is formed on the other end. A pressure arm(10) of a sectional rectangular shape rotated is mounted by an operating screw(9) with one side engaged to the engaging groove(8) and the other side exposed to the side face of the shoe sole(100).
