PURPOSE: A process for mass-production of artificial jewel and a panel structure are provided to produce the artificial jewel through automatic production line and to give light reflective effect by a plurality of uneven parts on the panel attached by the jewel. CONSTITUTION: The process comprises steps of forming a resin(102); forming the resin into a desired shape of product by introducing the resin(102) into a molding hole(112) of a mold(111); attaching the formed product to a panel(121) having a number of uneven parts on surface thereof; hardening the resin(102) onto the panel(121); removing artificial jewels out of the panel(121); separating each of the jewels by beating the panel(121) attached with the artificial jewels; grinding and finishing the individual jewels removed out of the panel(121). The resin(102) comprises 99.92-99.4wt.% of formica, 0.05-0.1wt.% of dye and 0.03-0.05wt.% of pearl materials.
