HANDSFREE KIT USED AS LOUDSPEAKER AND SPEAKER PHONE

PURPOSE: A handsfree kit used as a loudspeaker and a speaker phone is provided to use the handsfree kit for a car, as the loudspeaker and the speaker phone, in the inside or outside of the car. CONSTITUTION: The first switching unit(SW1) controls that an object-side transmission signal received through a mobile communication terminal is outputted to a handsfree kit. The second switching unit(SW2) controls that a transmission signal inputted through a microphone(MIC) of the handsfree kit is outputted to an object-side terminal. The third switching unit(SW3) controls that the transmission signal inputted through the microphone(MIC) of the handsfree kit is outputted to a speaker(SPK) of the handsfree kit. The fourth switching unit(SW4) controls the output of a power supplied for charging a battery of the mobile communication terminal. A power converter unit(100) converts the battery power of the mobile communication terminal, and supplies the converted power as the power of the handsfree kit. The fifth switching unit(SW5) controls that the battery power is supplied to the power converter unit(100).
