PURPOSE: A feeding apparatus is provided to achieve improved stability and accuracy of parts feeding operation, while allowing for an accuracy of alignment of palette. CONSTITUTION: A feeding apparatus comprises a magazine(11) on which a tray is disposed, wherein the magazine accommodates two palettes(15,37) in different heights; an upper cylinder(34) arranged beneath the magazine in such a manner that the upper cylinder elevates the magazine; a lower cylinder(33) arranged beneath the upper cylinder in such a manner that the lower cylinder elevates the upper cylinder; a rodless cylinder arranged to extract the palette accommodated in the magazine; a base bracket reciprocating by the rodless cylinder; a bracket arranged to move along the guide relatively with respect to the base bracket; and a hook extended from the bracket and inserted into a hook groove formed at the palette.
