PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convergence adjustment system capable of easily detecting a deviation with high accuracy regardless of the magnitude of the deviation, adjusting the conversion with excellent accuracy, and attaining simple adjustment (reducing adjustment man-hours) with a simple configuration even in this case. SOLUTION: The convergence adjustment system includes: a personal computer 300 for processing image data; a liquid crystal projector 100 acting like a machine to be tested (machine to be adjusted); a screen 400 on which a prescribed image from the liquid crystal projector 100 is projected; and an imaging means (e.g. a digital camera) 200 for imaging an image (projected image of the liquid crystal projector 100) projected on the screen 400.
