<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which can conduct an operating test of an earth leakage breaker without having to cause power interruption. <P>SOLUTION: A bypass device for testing the earth leakage breaker operation comprises a voltage side bypass line (10) for bypassing the power source side and the load side at a voltage side of the leakage breaker, and the ground side bypass line (20) for bypassing the power source side and the load side at the ground side of the breaker so that a pair of parallel disposed diodes (12, 14) is built in the voltage side bypass line, and three pairs of parallel disposed diodes (22, 24, 26; 28, 30, 32) are built in the ground side bypass line. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
