PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition or resin composition giving molded products having high carbon black dispersibility, good surface smoothness and high electrical resistance stability. SOLUTION: The rubber composition or resin composition is obtained by compounding surfactant-containing carbon black surface-treated with silica. The carbon black is 0.1-20 wt.% in silica pickup, 0.1-10 wt.% in surfactant pickup and 0.65-1.1 in aggregate size distribution D1/2/Dst. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
