METHOD OF MAKING QUALITY CONTROL OF DNA MICROARRAY SPOTS

PURPOSE: Provided is a method of making quality control of DNA microarray spots which sense the signals from the fluorescent material jointly attached to the DNA chip solid substrate together with DNA probes in the DNA chip spots without introducing the dyeing and decolorizing steps. CONSTITUTION: A method of making quality control of DNA microarray spots comprises the steps of: applying a fluorescent material to be excited and emitted at a specific wavelength to a DNA spotting solution to be attached to a DNA chip substrate; spotting it to the substrate; and taking the fluorescent signals generated from the spots.
