PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for ununiform rotary transmission using in a pump and a compressor are provided to improve efficiency by reducing maximum torque during compression. CONSTITUTION: A variable link(7) has variable length as having a small cylinder therein to pop in and out, and is connected with a driving axis of a driving unit so as to rotate within smaller angle on suction stroke when a piston(6) moves from a top dead center to a bottom dead center, and to rotate within larger angle on compression stroke when the piston moves from the bottom dead center to the top dead center. Alternatively, a double link is used. A power axis is allowed thereby to rotate over 180 deg. during compression stroke with larger resistance, and rotate less than 180 deg. during suction stroke with smaller resistance so as to increase torque a little during suction while reducing maximum torque during compression. Capacity of a driving mechanism for a compressor or a pump is allowed to be reduced thereby to improve efficiency of the compressor or the pump, and to reduce cost. |
