PURPOSE: A unit pixel of a capacitance type semiconductor fingerprint sensor and a fingerprint sensing device using the same are provided to obtain the fingerprint simply using a variation of a capacitance being generated by a finger located between two sensing electrodes and to obtain a fingerprint through a detection circuit using a difference of capacitances being generated in a valley and a ridge and to improve a sensing degree by removing a parasitic capacitance. CONSTITUTION: A sensing unit(50) responds to the first control signal which controls a sensing process and the second control signal which controls a transmission of sensed data, and senses a fingerprint. A switched capacitor integration unit(51) responds to the second control signal and amplifies and transmits the sensed fingerprint data. The sensing unit(50) senses the fingerprint using a finger capacitor including two flat plates as sensing electrodes.
