PURPOSE: A system for managing a project object, a method thereof, and a recording medium including the same are provided to execute a target management by receiving and storing a series of many unit problem plans, unit problem results branched from one project, and a DR conference result executed by concerned persons related to a project after executing the unit problem or during an execution of the unit problem. CONSTITUTION: At least one terminal(10) is connected to a data communication network(20) such as a wire or wireless Internet network, a LAN(Local Area Network), etc. A project target managing server(100) manages a series of many unit problem plans branched from one project from the terminal(10) connected through the data communication network(20) and a concerned person conference plan related to the project. The project target managing server(100) manages corresponding unit problem results being inputted from the terminal(10) after terminating the unit problem and concerned person conference results being inputted from the terminal(10) after executing a predetermined number of unit problems or during an execution of the unit problems. The project target managing server(100) supplies plan and results of the inputted unit problem and concerned person conference to the terminal(10) in accordance with a request of the terminal(10).
