TRANSFORMED LACTIC ACID BACTERIA(KCCM-10355) FOR PRODUCING HETEROLOGOUS PROTEIN AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: Provided is a transformed lactic acid bacteria which effectively produces the desired heterologous protein based on the gram positive bacteria. CONSTITUTION: A vector pLT7I for the inserting of lactic acid bacteria is manufactured by inserting a T7 RNA polymerase gene into a pGEM-T vector, and inserting an lac promoter into the front of the T7 RNA polymerase gene. The vector pLT7I contains a chloramphenicol antibiotic site. A transformed lactic acid is formed by inserting the vector pLT7I into a lactic acid genome. A recombinant plasmid vector p123(1-4) Endo is formed by ligating an S-layer protein signal sequence to the pGEM-T vector, and inserting a T7 RNA polymerase promoter. The recombinant plasmid vector p123(1-4) Endo is re-transformed into the transformed lactic acid to thereby form a new transformed lactic acid bacteria(KCCM-10355).
