PURPOSE: An exhaust valve system is provided to improve performance of compression by removing clearance volume. CONSTITUTION: An exhaust valve system includes a suction valve sheet(140) installed on an end of a cylinder, and having a suction plate(141) and an outlet(142) formed thereon; an exhaust valve sheet(150) installed on the suction valve sheet, and having an exhaust plate(151) and an inlet(152) formed thereon; a valve plate(130) installed on the exhaust valve sheet, and having an inlet(131) and an outlet(132) formed thereon; and a head cover(160) installed on the valve plate to act as a movement route of fluid passing the inlet and the outlet of the valve plate. The suction valve sheet is attached directly on the end of the cylinder and has the exhaust valve sheet attached thereon to prevent leaning of the suction plate. The exhaust plate is prevented from leaning by the suction valve sheet to block the outlet of the suction valve sheet on suction, and leans back to open the outlet of the suction valve sheet on exhaust of fluid.
