<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber-composite shock absorbing structure, which has reproducible shock absorbing characteristics and optimum structural bonding ability, and also can be manufactured at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: The fiber-composite shock absorbing structure includes a hollow body 1 completely or partially made of fiber-composite material. A web element 2 is arranged inside the hollow body so as to substantially elongate in the longitudinal direction Z.
