<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a negative lithographic printing original plate having excellent printing durability and having a recording layer directly recordable from digital data with IR laser light and excellent in sensitivity and strength in an image part. <P>SOLUTION: The lithographic printing original plate responding to IR laser has a negative recording layer containing a compound expressed by general formula (I) or general formula (II), a compound which generates a radical or an acid by heat, and a polymerizable compound or crosslinking compound on a supporting body. In general formulae (I) and (II), Q<SP>1</SP>represents a group of atoms forming a heterocycle or a condensed ring containing a heterocycle, R<SP>0</SP>represents an aliphatic group, R<SP>01</SP>represents hydrogen atom or an alkyl group, Z represents oxygen atom, sulfur atom or the like, Q<SP>2</SP>represents a group of atoms forming a pyrylium ion structure, each of Y<SP>1</SP>and Y<SP>2</SP>represents hydrogen atom or an aliphatic group, L represents a polymethine group, each of p and q represents 0 or 1, and A<SP>-</SP>and B<SP>+</SP>are a counter anion and an onium cation, respectively, present if neutralization of charges is required. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
