<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jumper device which makes it possible to prevent electrical trouble from occurring. <P>SOLUTION: A jumper device has a supporting device the upper end of which is supported on the transmission line side of an insulator device which supports power transmission lines on a transmission line steel tower, and the lower end of which rotatably supports jumper wires corresponding to the power transmission lines.
