PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit in a short time result information (a content in HTML or the like) acquired by retrieving an external file such as a database, to display the information at high speed on a terminal screen, and to reduce the work quantity of a script developer by splitting automatically a script so as to validate caching function of a display device. SOLUTION: A script part 15 changing dynamically in the script on a WWW server 1 and another static script part 14 are demarcated beforehand, and the file is split and held so as to dispense with resending the static script part 14 by using caching function. In addition, script compression systems 11, 12 for automatizing a means for splitting into the static part and the dynamic part on the WWW server are provided. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
