<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speech speed converter, a speech speed conversion method, a voice guidance device, a medium device, as storage medium, and a speech speed conversion program capable of reproducing speech so that a keyword can be easily listened while increasing the whole reproducing speed. <P>SOLUTION: The voice guidance device 1 mounted in the medium device is provided with a voice input means 201 for inputting voice data divided into a plurality of voice parts, an operation input means 103 and a speed input means 202 for setting up the speed of an optional voice part of the voice data inputted to the voice input means 201, and a speed control means 203 for converting the speed of the optional voice part of the voice data inputted to the voice input means 201 in accordance with the speed set up by the speed input means 202. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
