PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater panel for floor heating capable of easily performing the connection of a heater panel by anyone and the electric power supply to the heater through other electric route even when there is a place where the heater panel is not connected. SOLUTION: The heater panel accommodates a heating wire 3 generating heat by the electric power supply in the rectangular shaped floor member 4, warms the floor member 4 and forms the same shape of the floor member 4. Electrodes 1 are arranged on the four corners and the central part of the two-long side. Plus and minus of the power source polarity of these arranged electrodes 1 and different from adjacent ones each other and the heating element 11a connecting the heating wire 3 between each electrode of plus and each electrode 1 of minus is provided. When the electrode 1 of the heating element 11a connects the floor member 4 each other accommodating the heating element 11a, the shape electrically connected with the connection is simultaneously formed.
