PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple structure, a lightening, a simple mounting, a simple operation, a low cost and a facility for using snow dumps in all seasons although a home has several snow dumps and the snow dumps are necessaries for treating snow in a snow country. SOLUTION: A wheel device is installed simply to a snow dump body only by clamping a nut 2b. A wheel can be released at the place of snow or the wheel can be set at a place, where there is no snow, simply by a leg.
