PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective body, which has excellent workability, in which a construction method is simplified, the works are executable at a low cost and a using net is exchanged easily. SOLUTION: The protective body 1 has a protective surface 11M composed of the net 11. A knotless net made of a synthetic resin is used as the net 11. The net 11 and an installation means 21 are carried in at the place of an installation, the net 11 is installed by the installation means 21 and the protective body 1 is formed. The net 11 is lightweight, large-scale heavy machinery are made unnecessary in a construction transport, and the protective body 1 can be mounted even at a place topographically restricted in the execution of works. Since the net 11 made of the synthetic resin has flexibility, the net can be compacted by a winding or the like in the case of a carrying-in, and workability at a site is also improved at the same time.
