PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem accompanying polyolefin resins such that they cannot be bonded using conventional adhesives due to their nonpolar nature, although polyolefin resin materials are replacing vinyl chloride resins because of the problems of vinyl chloride resins such that they generate hydrogen chloride gas upon incineration which damages incinerators and causes acid rain, and that the resins require plasticizers which are suspected to be endocrine disrupting chemicals, etc., although decorative sheets, etc., made of vinyl chloride resins have been widely used for their advantages in terms of processibility, printability, cost, etc. SOLUTION: An adhesive composition is prepared by compounding an aqueous emulsion with a cationic, water-soluble acrylic resin containing an active amino group. An excellent adhesion performance against polyolefin adherends is ensured by adjusting the colloid equivalence to within a specific range. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
