MANUFACTURING METHOD OF FABRIC DYED WITH PERSIMMON JUICE AND ARTIFICIAL LIGHT

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of fabric is characterized by using artificial light and persimmon juice. The manufacturing method is capable of keeping dyeing material for a long term and mass-producing the fabric. The fabric having reddish brown color and dark brown color has excellent wash fastness, abrasion fastness, excellent water repellent property, ultraviolet interrupting property, antibacterial property and deodorization. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method thereof comprises the steps of: powdering the persimmon juice to manufacture persimmon juice powder; dissolving the persimmon powder into 3-20wt.% of water to manufacture a persimmon dyeing solution; padding the fabric with the dyeing solution on 80-100% of pick up; and then radiating artificial light to the fabric to develop color.
