PURPOSE: Provided is an apparatus for reusing cooling-water in a fuel cell system, which can reuse the cooling-water for heating, hot water, and making steam which is used in a modifying part and a stack part. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus for reusing the cooling-water in the fuel cell system comprises: the stack part(10) comprising a fuel electrode(11) attached to an air electrode(12), wherein an electrolyte membrane is placed between the fuel electrode(11) and the air electrode(12); a fuel supply part(20) supplying hydrogen to the fuel electrode(11); an air supply part(30) supplying air to the air electrode(12); a stack humidifying part(40) for humidifying the fuel and the air; a cooling-water supply part(50) supplying the cooling-water to radiate heat generated from the stack part(10); a heat recovering part(60) covering the stack part(10) and having the cooling-water therein; a cooling-water storing part(70) storing heated cooling-water; a heating/hot water supply part(81) connecting the outlet of the cooling-water storing part(70) to a heating/hot water system; a part(85) for supplying hot water for modification, which connects the outlet of the cooling-water storing part(70) to the fuel supply part(20).
