PURPOSE: An electrolytic cell equipped with converter of ionized water producer is provided in which selected ionized water is constantly discharged from final outlet by operating the converter accordingly although nature and state of ionized water are reversed. CONSTITUTION: The electrolytic cell equipped with converter of ionized water producer is characterized in that the converter comprises a cylindrical valve housing(10) integrated with an electrolytic cell, and a circular rod shaped valve body(22) inserted into the valve housing(10) and rotated according to rotation of step motor(32), wherein blocking wall(12) is formed on the front end part of the valve housing(10), central inlet hole(14) and side inlet hole(16) connected to ionized water lines(34,36) inside the electrolytic cell are formed on the blocking wall(12), oppositely directed acidic water discharge pipe(18) and alkali water discharge pipe(20) are formed on the outer circumferential surface of the valve housing(10), central connection pipe(24) is formed on an end part of the valve body(22) contacted with the blocking wall(12) of the valve housing(10) in such a manner that the central connection pipe(24) is projected from the inside of the valve body(22), and a ring shaped waterway(26) is formed on the circumference of the central connection pipe(24), and the central connection pipe(24) and ring shaped waterway(26) are respectively connected to a central connection hole(28) and connection hole(30) formed by penetrating the valve body(22) so that connection positions of acidic and alkali water discharge pipes(18,20) of the valve housing(10) and the central connection hole(28) and connection hole(30) of the valve body(22) are reversed when the valve body(22) is rotated by step motor(32).
