PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric heating cooker capable of accurately measuring the temperature of an object to be heated without damaging the flatness of a top plate. SOLUTION: For the electric heating device, a main body 2, having a top plate 4 putting an object to be heated 32 on its top surface 3, comprises a heating coil 13 heating the object to be heated 32, a control part 30 controlling the output of the heating coil 13, and a temperature measuring member 24 mounted so as to freely coming out from and retracting in the main body, or rotation freely mounted to the main body.
