PURPOSE: A tire cap is provided to protect a tire by being mounted outside the tire and being attached and detached easily from the tire instead normal fashion wheel. CONSTITUTION: A wheel having a tire(13) is inserted to a male screw of a drum(10) of a vehicle and fixed by a female screw of a combined use of the female and male screw(14). A female screw(19) of a tire cap(15) is inserted to a male screw of a combined use of the female and male screw. The tire cap is fixed inside the female screw. Therein, the tire cap protects a fashion wheel and the outside of the tire by being installed outside a tire wheel(12).
