PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a system capable of softly transmitting mutual states or thinking to an opposite party because the transmission is not positive.

SOLUTION: An information processing system has two light output devices and a repeater. Each light output device is provided with an external information receiving part for receiving first external information, an external information acquisition part for acquiring second external information, a light output part for outputting light, and a light output control part for performing multistage control of a light output from the light output part on the basis of two pieces of external information. The repeater is provided with an external information receiving part for receiving an external information transmission source identifier and the external information, a sending destination identifier acquisition part for acquiring information indicating the transmission destination of the received external information and an external information transmission part for transmitting the external information received by the external information receiving part to the destination identified by the destination identifier.
