PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information offering technique for offering effective information about plants to a user requiring combination planting of flowers.

SOLUTION: This plant information offering system is provided with a terminal 61 on the user side and an information center 20 transmitting/receiving the information about plants via a communication network 22. The information center 20 receives information about selection of plants required by the user and forms a finished image of grown plants of the combination planting according to the request and transmits the image for evaluation by the user. The information center 20 displays various kinds of plants on a Web screen and has a simulation means 43 for forming a finished image of the plants of combination planting.
