<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in a conventional inquiry receiving system wherein a reply with vague detail and a reply requiring complicated procedure are often received and the degree of satisfaction of a user who received the reply is not always high and further great effort is required to update knowledge for the replies. <P>SOLUTION: The degree of satisfaction of the user who receives the reply can be heightened with a program for carrying out basic reply processing for giving a basic reply to the inquiry from the user, related reply processing for giving a related reply to the user's inquiry about the basis reply, and procedure start processing for starting procedure to the inquiry, A basic reply database can be rapidly updated without omission with a program for carrying out database update processing for updating the basic reply database. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
