<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IP telephone communication system in which the deterioration of communication quality is reduced even when a clock packet is lost. <P>SOLUTION: An IP exchanging device 1 has a plurality of IP network interfaces 11-14 for generating a clock packet for each address, and for transmitting it to an IP network, and transmits a first priority order clock packet and a second priority order clock packet from two or more IP network interfaces. An IP telephone device 3 has a first priority order clock detecting part 33 for detecting the first priority order clock signal, a second priority order clock detecting part 34 for detecting a second priority order clock signal, a receiving timer 35 for individually measuring a time until the reception of the next clock signal of each clock signal, and a clock disconnection informing part 36 for informing the IP exchanging device 1 of clock signal disconnection when a time until the reception of the next clock signal in the first priority order or the second priority order exceeds a prescribed time by the reception timer 35. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
