<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network system switchable smoothly from a current operation system at the problem occurrence time to a spare operation system, concerning the registration of set information or alarm information and backup of the set information or the alarm information performed from an operation system (OpS) to each device. <P>SOLUTION: This network system is configured from a plurality of devices 130a-130n connected to a network 101, and the current operation system 110 and the spare operation system 120 for managing the devices 130a-130n.
