PURPOSE: A device for notifying of a user's turn for a bank by using a cellular phone text message is provided to input recent turn information, and to transmit the number of current waiting lists by a guiding device, then to transmit the user's turn with a text message to the user's cellular phone, thereby enabling the user to receive a confirmed turn without visiting a bank. CONSTITUTION: A guiding device(31) connects with a customer's terminal(21) through a communication network(22), guides the number of waiting lists for a corresponding bank, inputs the customer's cellular phone number, and receives a turn request. A text message transmitter(32) transmits a text message to a specific cellular phone. A managing device(33) inputs the customer's turn and recent turn information to process the turn and the information, transmits the number of the current waiting lists to the guiding device(31), assigns the turn to the corresponding customer when receiving information details, and transmits the text message informing of the assigned turn to the customer's cellular phone. |
