SYSTEM FOR PREVENTING FORGERY AND ALTERATION OF DOCUMENT

PURPOSE: A system for preventing forgery and alteration of a document is provided to prevent illegal access and duplication of a document output by off-line, and detect the forgery and alteration when a document is issued and transmitted to a client by on-line in a government office, a company, etc. CONSTITUTION: An additional forgery and alteration preventing device(40) protect a document being issued to a document issue web server(20). A forgery and alteration preventing device(50) prevents the duplication, controls an access to the web server(20) on the Internet, and restricts a use of a document related to a DRM(Digital Right Management). If a user(10) connects to the document issue web server(20) and requests to issue a document in the forgery and alteration preventing device(40), the forgery and alteration preventing device(40) receives and processes data from a server(30) of an information supply institution. The document issue web server(20) transmits the processing result to the user(10).
