PURPOSE: A method for laying a submarine service pipe is provided to reduce the length of the working process, and to improve work efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A method for laying a submarine service pipe comprises the steps of; connecting a plurality of short pipes, and manufacturing the submarine service pipe(S1); injecting buoyant materials into the submarine service pipe, and forming buoyancy in the submarine service pipe(S2); carrying the submarine service pipe(S3); connecting one end of the submarine service pipe to a main pipe connected to a seawater tank in land(S4); and removing the buoyant materials, injecting seawater into the submarine service pipe, and settling the submarine service pipe(S5).
