APPARATUS FOR ADJUSTING INITIAL POSITION OF PISTON OF RECIPROCATING COMPRESSOR

PURPOSE: An apparatus for controlling initial position of a piston of a reciprocating compressor is provided to allow the initial position of the piston to be easily adjusted. CONSTITUTION: A diameter of a rear end of a middle frame(120) is formed large enough to allow a front end of a rear frame(130) corresponding therewith to be inserted thereto. A female screw part(121) is formed on an inner circumferential surface of the rear end of the middle frame. A male screw part(131) is formed on a periphery of the front end of the rear frame corresponding with the inner circumferential surface of the rear end of the middle frame to be engaged with the female screw part. An end of the middle end is joined to a periphery of the rear frame with welding(W) after the male screw part placed on the front end of the rear frame is coupled to the female screw part placed on the rear end of the middle frame. A front side resonant spring(51) and a rear side resonant spring(52) are appropriately compressed while the rear frame is coupled to the middle frame to adequately adjust initial position of a piston(42) from initial gap to final gap with respect to a front end surface of a cylinder(41).
