PURPOSE: A finger pen is provided to make marking of a marking pen more fine and more easily by adapting the same configuration to a water soluble sign pen. CONSTITUTION: The finger pen comprises: a finger holding portion(100) which has a ring portion(110) for wearing on a finger(mainly, the index finger) and a middle finger contact(120) of a shield type which has an approximately concave recess formed on one side face of the ring portion for contacting a finger(middle finger) adjacent to the finger(index finger) worn on the ring portion; and a pen portion(200) which is approximately raised at an angle on the upper surface of the ring portion(110).
