PURPOSE: A carrier with a loading plate ascending and descending to the weight of objects is provided to keep the height of loads a constant level by lifting up and down the loading plate according to the weight of the loads and accordingly to prevent operators from bending the waist thereof and reduce fatigue of the operators. CONSTITUTION: A carrier with a loading plate(6) ascending and descending to the weight of objects is composed of wheels(2) mounted under the bottom of a carrier frame body(1); side fences(3,3a) formed at both sides of the carrier frame body; vertical reinforcing rods(3b) disposed in the middle of the side fence; vertical guide groove rods(4) installed at the side of the vertical reinforcing rods and inclined groove rods(5) installed at the other side to lean from the upside to the lower side; the loading plate installed between both side fences, wherein roller unit pieces are attached at both sides facing the vertical groove rods, additionally, lifting rollers inserted in inward grooves of the vertical groove rods and frictionized with the inner side wall and auxiliary rollers inserted in side groove of the vertical groove rods perpendicular to the lifting rollers and frictionized with the inner side wall are attached; a spring fixing rod and a movable shaft rod(61) arranged at the bottom of the loading plate and a spring(62) mounted therebetween; and guide rollers(63) inserted in a gutter of the inclined groove rod and supporting rollers(64) contacted to the bottom of the loading plate, which are installed at both ends of the movable shaft rod. Therefore, The loading plate keeps the balance thereof by inserting the lifting and auxiliary rollers into the vertical guide groove rod and the guide rollers of both ends of the movable shaft rod into the inclined groove rod.
