The foot grip consists of an arched padded strap (5) attached to a slider (4) that can move along inside a hollow lengthwise rail (3) mounted on the surface of the board (2). The rail can have branches that allow the foot grip to be offset to one side, and it contains a spacer that ensures a constant minimal distance between two foot grips. At least one foot grip can also have a controlled locking system to fix it in a set position.
