PURPOSE: A method of extracting powders of Cervi Parvum Cornu(pilose antler) and Chinese herbal medicine at high temperature and high pressure and then spray-drying is provided. The Cervi Parvum Cornu extract is fully removed in saturated fat components and in granule form and can be fully dissolved in cold water and thus convenient to drink. CONSTITUTION: Cervi Parvum Cornu is ground, extracted with Chinese herbal medicine power such as Angelicae Gigantis Radix at a temperature of 100 to 140deg.C and a pressure of 1.0 to 2.0kgf/cm¬2 and then quickly cooled to 4deg.C or less. Thereafter, the extract is allowed to pass through a filter having a size of 5μm or less at the pressure of 1x10¬-3mbar to increase water solubility, spray-dried and then mixed with glucose or lactose to make a granular product.
