PURPOSE: A repair/reinforcement method of a concrete structure using a rod is provided to heighten convenience, solidity and constructability and to extend the life of a concrete structure. CONSTITUTION: The repair/reinforcement method of a concrete structure using a rod comprises the steps of: chipping the corroded concrete of a concrete structure(S10); hardening the weakened concrete structure by chipping using permeable hardener(S20); restoring the section of the concrete structure using garnet-mixed water-based acryl polymer mortar(S30); attaching a rod to the concrete structure(S40); and finishing up the concrete structure attached with the rod using garnet-mixed water-based acryl polymer mortar(S50).
