<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus having units which are able to be re-used and accurately managed in life. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus 1 is provided with an electrifying unit 5, a developing unit 6, a transfer unit 7, a cleaning unit 8, and a fixing unit 9, each of which has consumable components fitted together and is re-usable by being periodically replaced and recycled. A sheet member 25 which has columns 26, 27, and 28 showing the number of times that the unit is recycled, an elapsed period from the start of its use, and the cumulative number of times that the unit was used is stuck onto each of the housings 50, 60, 70, 80, and 90 of the units 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9, respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
