<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication terminal in which incoming can be reported by vibrating a vibrator without being surprised by unexpected incoming. <P>SOLUTION: In the case of call incoming, a regulator 10 is controlled to be turned on based upon a regulator control signal (d). A vibrator control part 11 generates a driving voltage (c) to change its level in accordance with a vibrator control signal (a) from a control part 3 with respect to a regulator output signal (power supply voltage) (b) from the regulator 10. The vibrator control signal (a) outputs a signal corresponding to a vibration strength designated by a key operating part 6. A vibrator 12 reports incoming by being vibrated in the case of call incoming with a strength corresponding to the level of the driving voltage (c) from the vibrator control part 11.
